Gay Games Legacy Awards to be awarded at 2009 Annual Meeting: Tracy Baim and the Windy City Times

At is 2009 Annual Meeting charity dinner, the Federation of Gay Games will honor Tracy Baim, publisher and executive editor of the Windy City Times, a free LGBT weekly in Chicago, Illinois, with its second Legacy Award for Media and Journalism.

The Windy City Times provides weekly coverage of LGBT sport and culture, and has been a media partner for the Gay Games, including Gay Games VIII 2010. Baim herself has won numerous awards for LGBT and mainstream journalism and publishing, and served as vice co-chair of Chicago Games Inc., the host of the highly successful 2006 Gay Games.
